Focus groups
Optimizing Patient Pathway
The HTEA Focus Groups, oversee the strategy and vision of HTEA, as well as the relevance and scientific value of all research efforts, to ensure the highest possible quality of commitment to our patients.
The core of our educational concept is that the needs (diagnostics, therapeutics, logistics, infrastructure) of a patient are in the center of our attention and are the basis of our educational activities.
Focus Groups in different medical specialities will start with a set of specific topics and over the coming months will grow and will cover both specific and broader aspects of the topic. In this course they will overlap with areas of other focus groups and in that way will contribute to increase the understanding of the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach in medicine.

Endovascular Cardiac Complications (ECC)
ECC is the acronym for Endovascular Cardiac Complications.
Interventional cardiology is a fast-moving sub-speciality. Techniques and devices progress constantly. Keeping up with these changes through postgraduate training programs is a true challenge for any practising clinician. In the tradition of Learning by Sharing, ECC aims to update and educate on complications that may arise in the constantly moving field of cardiac disease.
